In February, the French Tales series introduces us to Anatole France. He is a Famous novelist, senator, and member of the French Academy. In 1909, he published Les Sept Femmes de Barbe Bleue et autres contes merveilleux, a series of magical and somewhat nonsensical tales full of surprising wit and humor for a major writer considered a classic novelist. With Sleeping Beauty, Exchange Theatre tells the story of the characters other than the princess when she fell asleep.
